We opened our doors in October 2020, right in the middle of the pandemic, with a mission to bring comfort, Latin flavor, and community to Tyngsboro. What started as a small family café Mami Luz Café quickly became a local favorite for vibrant brunches, great coffee, and warm hospitality. After five amazing years, we closed our doors in October 2025 to begin a new chapter as Twist by Heidy an elevated dinner concept that still celebrates our Latin roots and keeps weekend brunch alive. Follow us as we continue to grow, evolve, and bring Latin-inspired food with a modern twist to every experience

Tried for the first time and wow! I had Street Corn with Shrimp and would rate it 5/5. The Brussels Sprouts were out of this world! Would definitely come here again, and urge you to try it.

Previously Mami Luz's, Twist by Heidy is a great addition to Tyngsboro! The flavors in all the dishes are one of a kind and amazing, it's a great date night spot or to just gather with great company! The owners are some of the most amazing people you will ever come across, definitely recommend stoping by this hidden gem and giving it a try :)

Some of the best cocktails in the area and really interesting and delicious appetizers/main courses. Very limited seating, so a reservation is a must.
